Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and invoices are included to avoid any processing delays at our warehouse.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
